January 20 Weekend before field camp...Eeeeeeeekz...
Field camp next week...
Rather unsettling.
The recent NS training has become much much more xiong.... with tons of PT in full uniform. (yes its LONG sleeved and coupled with INSANELY HEAVY BOOTS that are sooooo utterly unfashionable and blister inducing)
Urgh... running with feet full of bulging blisters is no joke...
and yes... the uniform makes you sweat like a roast pig in a rotisserie evenly cooked under the Tekong sun.
Thank god for nice section mates that make training sooooooo much more tolerable..
Oh and im suprisingly durable... considering i didn't die out after like 2.4km in BOOTS under 12pm sunshine. Many gave up. =/ Including my buddy who gloriously vomitted his breakfast onto the grass after 4 rounds. Heyhey pretty surprising for the not-so-phyisically inclined Pao eh?
Haiz... but still cannot pass the cursed pull ups.... =( pretty sian about it. But oh well.
Lotsa wayanging around.... lol... strange... its always the same few ppl that wayang. Oh well wayanging cannot get you into command sch de lar. lol wayang until sibei no brain somemore.... -.- People should really think sometimes before taking initiatives.......if you desire to lead... at least lead with some sense of intelligence. (Making the whole platoon walking up and down 4 storeys in boots is not intelligent in any sense)...
Oh well.... but just follow lar... after all army is all about following. LOL.... (yes even if the orders dun make sense most of the time)

I just need field camp to pass out from BMT.
IPPT.... that one... we shall see next time. (but i hope to pass lar)
Oh and i really need to update my wardrobe. Time to look for more nice bermudas and new snazzy slippers... hmmmmm one birkenstock and another haviannas anyone?
Oooo and more shirts. =D
After NS, my polo tees just got alot more fitting... eeee not used to it. But oh well cannot waste my money.

I passed my range test!
I can now wield a rifle to tackle any possible (though unlikely) enemies that i may encounter during guard duty (which just got cancelled)
Ok... actually i won't get to really use my rifle from now on. LOL
Actually..... i think i only passed the day shoot.....
I totally missed everything in the night... LOL

Next week is xiong.... eeeekz...
And lotsa ppl are comin in.....
Can see familiar faces in camp...

Camp just got alot more livable...

The j1s are MUCH more enthu than their seniors.... i remember having a hard time coaxing ppl to dance.... The present batch is soooooo spontaneous... and not much AP lar....
had fun yesterday with class.... my virgin experience of kboxing.... seriously offtune but nevermind~ And michelle and daph obviously owned the microphones..... the guys.... oh well. nvm. LOL....i think our vocals not that zai lar...
Had fish n co.... talked cock as usual.... all the guys going in next week!! with the exception of ding. =/
Saw LIONel and An at fish n co also.... prolly having some last week nights out before going into tekong prison as well....
As for me.... booking in later....
And not coming out until 7 days later...... zzzzzz guard duty lar.
