both offering Accountancy..... hmmm one more uni to go.... i need to go for the aptitude test for NUS archi. Hopefully.......i get it. Then we shall start to weigh the different options... Presently speaking.... NTU vs SMU???? Hmmm i guess i have to go with SMU for the time being... NTU is just tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo far away...(prolly taking a few lightyears for me to get there...ok im exaggerating.) and the student's dressing there is OMG.... for gawd sake its a business sch........ fadded saggy polos + surf pants + slippers.... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh....looks more like voiddeck wear.... oh well...  i guess its just not a culture to dress smartly for lessons in NTU.....

 

Speaking of offers....

I badly need some offers for cheap and new clothing...esp some delectable long sleeve tops... Urgh............curse you river island!!!! 98 bucks!! ARHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. 98 bucks for a shirt is really no joke. hehehe... but i guess we have to shell some cash for nice garbs some times... hmmm. Shall go shopping tml.

Yes thats the song that has been resonating in my bunk. And chin + robert are relentlessly learning the dance from the MTV. Hahaha...

Glad that some feedback has been given to the commanders. Hope that things get better.

 

Now i know why thousands of ppl say that signals is xiong cuz of lines... OMG IT IS XIONG OK.... Hahaha but it was quite fun la. You start to realize that some people just cannot be linesmen. Especially if they are forever stuck at some tree... My grp was great! We manage to get comms through! But then our lines got CUT! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKZ yes... so i had to backtrack like 500m to look for the fault.... its really not a funny affair when the whole line is about 1.2km long.... and its NIGHTTIME. really hard to locate the exact locations and do proper joints and siezes with such limited light.

 

Hmmmm but i felt it was challenging and fruitful la... it sure beats doing fire movement. LOL at least you know the lines are actually useful.

 

The exercise ended mega late..... it was an overnight thing. Yikes and i had the SMU interview the following morning.

and apparently im quite unlucky to be one of those FEW ppl that have like 4 wisdom tooth in my oral cavity. Yes. Its like totally fascinating until you realize that you have to pluck ALL OF EM OUT IN 6 MONTHS.... or they will start to decay... (as you cannot reach them with a tooth brush/floss/listrine)

 

And yes. 6 cavities already. ALL ON MY 4 CRAPPY WISDOM TEETH. Yes. my lower jaw wisdom teeth has 4 cavities on its own. WOWness.

I heard soooo many horror stories of ppl plucking out the teeth and unable to eat for like weeks properly...

The catch is...

They only pluck like 1 or 2 little enamels....

The campfire was ok i guess. I didn't really concentrate on the songs and stuff. Hahaha... busy talking away with my friends. Ahhhh i didn't know so many ppl down pes. WTH. I always thought those ppl would end up in OCS or something. And now they just spend their time surfin the net and playing bball. Argh!~ The juniors were ok i guess... they looked like the typical council lot. A hell lot of TCHS guys though... outnumbering the gals this time. Oooo at least theres ONE cat high guy. LOL like always. At least my legacy is still valid.

 

Exercises next week. Hmm i wonder if i can pull through it. I sure hope i can though.

 

Uni applications are through, and i haven't gotten many replies yet.... apparently its rather tough this year...(or at least according to mua sister).

Accountancy interviews coming up. I hope i get some nice professor that is humane enuff to not humiliate me during the interview.. Usual questions like WHY ________ (insert the subject that you are studying). Such questions are often soooo harmless sounding yet sooooo untackelable (if theres such a word).

 

And i have still yet to pack NEWSPAPERs to bring back to camp. Yikes. 10kg per person? thats insane. Ahhhhh but its for my nights out. So yeah....

 

Another army week awaits me.

Ah meng ah, ah meng! Long time since you dropped by my humble cyber abode. Yes, im still rambling. Hahaha... come on, who doesn't ramble in the SAF. Whining and rambling relieves some of the emotional and mental insecurities i guess. And No you are not dead yet. LOL... (although the real ah meng has graced the doorstep of the heavens).

 

Haha, im rather proud to be a signaller i must say. At least i know that what i do has a form of purpose. Sure beats aimless chionging. (Technically, i still hold a rifle but i will rarely use it.) Two flags for the win! So what if we don blue berets? We are still combat ppl k!!!! Urgh... i dun see how being a guardsmen > siggy as its fundamentally different with different objectives. <3 the 2 flags on my collar in the future! Bah. Enuff rambling~

 

Oh god. I didn't know the world's food supply was sooooooooooooooooooooooooo blardy screwed in the recent months.... Thats prolly thanks to el nino or la nina (love those fabulous cheem sounding names). Ahhhhh i want my fish n chips.... Food prices are goin up. I wonder if my paltry NS pay can sustain my gastronomic desires. Eeeekz. Thank god the resturants haven't really upped their prices yet. But that day will come. I can totally witness the shrinking of my consumer surplus.
