Yes, i've got a delightful daiorrhea. LOL back to the toilet seat,revise SPA again.

Yesterday's entry was abt all the sai kang i did yesterday, to do some damage control for the coming MAF. Today, i did something else. =D

 

  My day started at 7.00 am in the morning. I woke up...kinda late. So i juz bathe and left the house thinking that i will reach school at 8.00am like that. To my horror, once i reach the bus stop, LOL the bus left. Haiz what to do???? Bah, as usual i waited for a HOLY 35 minutes for that HOLY 156 to come.... I remember reading some article on newspaper about complaining about the bus service. Man, i think 156 needs some complaining - really badly. It takes such a long blardy time to arrive leh... And its like the only bus from my house. Oh well, what can i do. Bah! So 35 mins later, i finally boarded the bus and a barrage of SMSes entered my phone. Mainly about the EQ and Materials quotation later. So i basically dozed off on the bus and eventually reached school. I was slightly earlier than Josh... Blah. But he still came on time. So when he came i told him that we had to go to beauty world to meet LIONel and he started to sit on the chair, refusing to move. His reason;  he just came from there and want to make his trip to school more worth it. -.-" so i had to take like 10 mins just to coax him to stand up and go. After we reached there, we both agreed that we should sneak up on LIONel and go to his house striaght.

 

  So LOL me and josh went to LIONel's house without any prior notice. We pressed the doorbell and LIONel's sri lankan domestic helper greeted us. LIONel soon rushed out to witness the spectacle.

 

  After our unexpected entrance, we sat down and started to discuss. We soon started calling so many companies. Some gave us quotations, some were not opened, some juz daoed us. Haha, so much for being a councillor. We have to do all these. -.- So in the end after repeated calling, we decided to look in the vicinity for tools/paint/cloth. So we went down to the paint shop, Jotun at first. But then after a while we decided to go furthur down and found a CHEAPer paint shop. LOL save 1 buck for each paint. :D Not to mention that the auntie was much nicer, not like the JOtun uncle, SMOKING IN MY FACE. Im sooo glad that we made the short stroll down the road. Who knew walking a small distance could save you $6. After that we went to Josh's house to deposit the paint before going back to some electronics shop to enquire about the wire/bulb prices. Not really my business, but my fellow MAF-welcoians are, so =D i joined them. I just realised that cable ties have so much different prices. -.-" It just gets cheaper and cheaper. OMG lar. Haha thank got i haven't buy yet.

 

  Whoa kinda long....but after some snooping around in the electrical shop, we went back to LIONel's house and discussed some more. And then we called miss genesis whether she bought any clothe for LIONel and Mingjie. Apparently not =( Oh well, so that means that we have to get it ourselves. Hehe. OK lor. But miss shee's cloth is at $1.80 per metre. Suposedly the CHEAPest.... Hmm...i really think china town is cheaper. But then, we dun have the time to. So yar, we juz tottered down to beautyworld and bought cloth from THAT uncle. Man. I really dun see the significance with the $1.20 savings some time, going down to joo chiat sorta wastes more time. Perhaps its cheaper cuz genesis lives near there. Its like totally impractical for us. Oh well. After the cloth, we went to that hardware store in beautyworld and scan through the stuff. Hehe, i think i found the cheapest stuff... BAH, i still understand why we bother to go so many places when the cheapest one is the one that you wanted to go in the first place. -.- Wah i think we spent like 20 mins there just lookin at hardware and tools. In the end we only bought some nails. Haha. Nevermind lar, we sorta enjoyed it. Wah i think im like spending alot of time with the welco ppl lar. MAF and WELCO, lol all overlapping. Haha ri jiu shen qing, i think i really enjoy workin with them :D Esp LIONel and Josh, but no one can replace CHIO LOL Haha, oh then we went to the top level hawker centre to eat. WE TOOK A HOLY 20 mins to decide what to eat. LOL thanks to josh that keep telling us bad stuff about the stall when we ALMOST wanted to buy it. In the end, josh and I buy chicken chop while LIONel at noodles.Hehe, then we had desert, LIONel and Josh ate ice kachang while i ate Chendol. LOL i think my chendol owned their ice kachang lar. Heh, personal preference i guess. After that LIONel's mum came to fetch us back and we just went home :D

 

  What a day. We were damn constructive and i feel accomplished. =D

Today, in the midst of physics pract, chio barged into my class and said '' Yen shan ". LOL and i was liberated. Eeee but by the time i reach the place, already over le the video. Boo-ness. :( So i juz continued to sit in and watched the power points lor. Then it was prom video lor. I think the seniors quite bad lar. Don't really react to our videos one. ZZzzz compared to J1s, perhaps the response was much much toned down. Hehe, but nevermind lar. I still think my video was nicer. =D  LOL then i had to help soon huat click the PPT slide 3 holy times. LOL, i dun really see the purpose but oh well, im in MAF comm. Infact i was the only one,besides Yawen.

 

  After all the CMS nonsense, i went to the welfare room and pottered around a while. So many random people wanted to borrow umbrellas, and return blazers.  Not to mention had to help 2 seniors get stuff.... Oh well.

 

  But then we started to realised that the stocks were running dangerously low. Very low. Sooooo....the sales exec decided to go to little india to get some stocks. And i followed. :D So we went to seng siong and bought tons of stuff. Can't really tell you guys. Juz inform you that we are selling Yanyan soon. =D And plz stop complaining abt the noodles/stuff. Its quite hard to find cheap items to sell at the welfare room. So plz less demanding people. Anyway, after that, we made our way back to school to dislodge all the stocks into the welfare room. Man, never did i think would be grappling so many bags and boxes or cup noodles and random snacks. But it was enlightening. Hehe, i know where to source for my CNY council stall le...  =D

 

  After that me pangying and josh started to do GE stockcheck...LIONel took josh's place to sell ares Shirts at the ares night. So sad lar, we all 3 person counting stuff. But i was damn happy also lar... hehe, we managed to count finish everything and we found out that we have a shortage.... Opps, i think only ONE commitee has forgotten to send in the equipment list. But i think all the EQ that need also more or less gone le lar. Oh well, what can i do? ;D Apparently nothing.  O.o

 

  Well well, after that we went to the Ares night after our meal of KOKA cup noodles. Not very impressive leh... oh well. Lets hope that ATHENA night/day will have a better outlook/response. Hehe okok thats abt it.

Today is Josh's b'day. Hehe fellow GEMs b'day yet i dun really have  anything to give him leh!!!! All thanks to the welco video lar. Caused me to vitually glue myself in front of the computer for 12 hours on sunday. I nearly decomposed lar, cuz i kinda knew that i was starting to stink. Who knew editing videos could make you sweat so much. ZZzzzz Haha, but it was all worth it lar. The video was more or less well-received. At least i knew that i sent June Tan laughing away non-stop (lol open house theme). In addition the others also applauded my efforts.Hehe, thanks guys. Haha. Ooo yeah i must really thank Chio!!! Haha, thanks for helping me along when i did the video. And also chatting with me as i was doing the video/photoshopping the pictures. Then i muz also thank mr LIONel chen for being our oh-so-complain-so-much-but-still-agree-to-act-in-the-end actor. LOL you rawk lar! some more keep asking me whats wrong/ am i pissed. Heh, no doubt i was. But thanks to pple like you, chio and josh. Haha, im much better.

 

I still remember what josh told me. I was sorta ranting about the inefficiencies. But then Josh told me some startfish story that i think i heard in primary school before.

 

Josh:

 

One day, an old man walked along the beach and saw many starfishes swept onshore by the waves. The starfishes would die if they are not thrown back into the sea. Initially the old man walked along the shore and threw back the starfishes that he passed. But he soon noticed that the shoreline was extremely long and he soon found it impossible to finish throwing all the starfishes back into the sea. So he gave up and continued to walk along the shoreline. Soon he saw a little boy, that was continously throwing the starfishes back into the sea. He thought that it was rather foolish for the little boy to make effort to even try throwing back the startfishes as he thought that it was a futile attempt. But still rather curious about it. He went forward and questioned the little boy.

 

Old Man: Why do you still bother? There are too many of them?

Little Boy: At least i know i made the difference for this one (and he throws another starfish back)

 

Thought-provoking.......and to a large extent, inspirational. Other people might not be doin their jobs, but at least by doing the best for yours, you can salvage the situation. Other people might have other selfish pursuits and refuse to work, at least by doing your part, you save the group some grace. Friendship fails but at least by taking the initiative you get a shot at recouncillation. The might be an impossible stack of assignments, you may not finish all, but at least by doing some you MAY finish it in the near future.

 

Hehe, once again. Its kinda weird but i muz admit, Josh, you made my day. =D

Today is the break-ful wednesday. I spent my 2 and a half hour break interviewing Maid agency. Zzzzzz then when go back that time, RAIN lar! OMG! We ALL wet le lor. So sick lar! Haiz.... what to do. All in the name of PW. Then i was like freezing in the Maths lecture with water dripping away. So pai seh lar. Aiyo, i promise and SWEAR that i will take a cab next time. Sickening sia. Bah, enuf of the rain.

 

After that, i went to the council room to like change and stuff like that. So i was juz pottering around the council room and trying to clean/dry my oh-o-wet socks. When jia an come in and rambled on many stuff about the council in general. hehe....the cracks are showing. But whos goin to mend it? Oh well. Then i juz spent time helping jia an relocate the fac shirt stuff and everything. Soon after that was judo cheering le.

 

Judo cheering was Ok lar. Abit random and uncoordinated. But i think that attacheeE (terence) did a good job. But the crowd was not really reciprocating. Oh well. How liddat? Haiz. A-girls lost. A-guys won. Saddening izn't it. I saw the gals crying after that lar...i was a draw. But Rj suposedly won more "beautifully" in the sense that they have more "slams" or whatsoever. Nvm lar. WE WILL GET BACK THE CHAMPIONSHIP next time ok? Good luck judo ppl.

Wootz although today started off slow! At least i ended it with a high! =D

 

The day started with the same old rountine with lessons and such. But today PE, Mrs Goh very nice! Juz let us play whatever we want! LOL so i went to play soccer. But then hor, like 16 ppl playing. So the itsy bball court was obviously too small to squeeze all the 16 of us. Haha not to mention, getting the ball was also pretty hard. Haha, as a reult, i only managed to get the ball a grand total of 4 times!! Wootz! Heh, due to my pathetic ball control. I decided to let my other commrades to have a chance at the ball. So i went to play ..........................FRISBEE with Daphne Fong. Haha. i was trying to figure out how to throw it properly. As in, let it have a straight path. For some reason mine is like ALWAYs off-track. Saddening....But nvm lar. In the end i got the hang of it. Other lessons were a bore. So lets skip it. =D

 

Ooooo, so after sch, i went to council room to lard around a while. Before one of my 4 citygaters arrive. Hehe So we went to make measurements. Hmm...but i then realised that we cannot do so. SOOO MANY BLARDY PPL WALKIN ABT!!! Argh! Problems with pedestrains. Hehe. So we juz denoted the length. (Like from here to there). But we never got to measure it. And the prom people were filming some video. Hehe, some ACT cool video. Oh well, so we juz continued to attempt to measure without avail. I think we need more people. Haiz. then at 3 o 'clock, my second citygater arrives! Yay! Applause. With 3 ppl, we went to take the bottom metal thingies first. Then i was then reminded that i had to inform the teachers. Oooo so i went to call our MAF teacher in charge. But so happens that BOTH of em are NOT in school LOL How le? Then Erik told me to try other teachers. Haha. So we tried mr remedios lo. And he agreed! Yay! So we then started work promptly. But then halfway, i had to stop for welco meeting. Many pressing issues going around. Tml goin to get scolded +_+ Haiz, but then halfway i had to leave in order to dun leave my members around slacking away. So yar, We then officially started! 3 ppl, 2 gals and one guy. Haha, who knew that my 2 more enthu members would be females. Ha. Anyway, with only 3 ppl, we BUILT one storey. Yay. Haha not that bad for the first try bah. But you gotta admit that we made several boo-boos. Especially with those scaffold frames facing the wrong direction.

After the first run, we took pics! LOL We are photowhores! Yeah! Hehe. THen not long after, saw all the welco ppl streaming out of council room. The meeting was over. Hah, as usual say 30mins then extend to one hour plus. LOL oh well. Hmm but then today Ah heng no mood pei us build city gate. She like abit stressed/bu shuang of the AYLS thingie. Heh, Erik also like piss piss like that. Yawen also. I think the AYLS is like pissing all of em off lar. Soooo weird. Aizz. Ha! Anyway, CHIO joined me , liwei and Kee after this. And then we dismantled everything. OOO yar, then i went to fetch the IMBA helmets that we have to wear. Hehe. So we were like laughing at it as we dismantled it. Wootz. My team damn Zi4 High1 like that. After dismantling, we went for BREAK. So go canteen and drink water/drinks Then we juz started to comment on the prom board with siowyi hanging around us. Then 5 mins later, we went back to work! This time, building was sooo much easier. We all sorta acquired a certain sense of estimation. Haha, kinda cool huh? No to mention with extra CHIO power, we managed to set it up at a Far greater pace then with juz 3 ppl. Haha after this! TAKE Photo agaiN! Except this time, its with the helmets. KInda cool lat the pose! OOo and we juz realised that carmen's height is about 1 scaffold frame =D Oooooooooooooooooo ok lar tahts abit it. Haha after that juz went to dinner at cute chicken.

Yikes... the MAF work session schedules are running reeeeeeeeeally late. I really wonder how what will become of it if it drags on furthur. Haiz.... everthing seems to clash and screw up. One citygate practise is totally halted by Temasek sem, AYLS, Prom sponsor, Prom video. Now i really start to wonder if i have made the right choices of the people. All of em seem sooo darn bloody busy. Bah. Really cute sia. O yea... all the designs that involved mythical animals like pheonixes and dragons were rejected by the LEP teacher. Even the gate design was rejected. OMG lar. Well well, so we are now working on a design that involves the MOON and the shilluotte of Chang E. (we are really trying to advoid the face) . Lets hope that its nice. Bah, at least now i know that my CNY designs are more or less done. Haha ming jie you really rock lar! Other ppl sat that you design too fantasy but i think that its nice for events like MAF and CNY! Cheerios for being my art director for both events! Physics spa is coming and Josh doesn't want to tell me what is it abt- even at the offering of 1 hello panda LOL =D.

Once again its a beautiful sunday morning. And what is Yen doin? He is slogging his guts out for MAF (mid autumn festival). So much for making at splendid pheonix design. He has resigned to the fate of making a design that has more MAFFY elements in it. (for eg. Chang e ) Bleah, people around him these days are saying that he looks pissed. No doubt that the evil spawn of pissyness has been exuding its essence upon Yen, in the form of piling blazers and crappy comments. But Yen will not let that deter him. So watch out pissyness, you are goin down =D Haha back to mugging. Who knew that differentiation is better council  =X

Whaha, today i ponned the whole day of lessons. :D Becuz of canoeing cheering. Sooo damn long. Haha.

 

So i started at 6.50, when i made my way to mac ritchie. So bad lar! I walked to the wrong direction to the cross country area instead -.- So i u-turned to the canoeing area. I dun even know the canoeing area was sooo far..... OOooo but when i went there. I saw Samuel, Sharm, Liulu, Terence and Widjaja. Haha they already put all the banners and everything le. But the bitchy part came where the RJ ppl juz blatantly located their fugly green mats/groundsheets on the floor for them to settle their rafflesian butts. They put the MAT right below/between our banners lar!!! WTH! Why liddat? OMFG lar. We come sooo early and chope place. Then they juz find some place and claim that its PUBLIC property and root their butts there. Dun they even feel wierd being surrounded by all the red and yellow? Bleah, i think they are mental. So after that, we had to mediate and settle for something else. In the end they sat below our yellow banner. Oh well, i think some people can juz tolerate it to be in the vicinity of the enemy. Anyway, so we juz cheer cheer cheer.Then after 2 events. RAINING!!!! OMG LAR! So we juz rushed to undersome random tree. OOooooo we are really Damn stupid lar. Got shelter also dun want. LOL juz stand under the tree and sing song and CHEER. Damn Zi4 high lar. Hehe but in the end we finally succumbed to a more material shelther rather then juz leaves and branches. Haha So at the shelter, we continued to Zi4 high and sing song. Haiz...so wet but yet sooo fun. So after that, the rain stopped so we went back and Chope the places again. This time we juz cheer cheer cheer, but then after that. We are left with our drenched and soaked shirts as we juz continue to cheer in the rain as it came BACK. LOL So many hairdos got destroyed.

 

Haiz. Then it was prize presentation. HC got 2 for guys and 4th for galz. Abit the depressing. Biit oh well, they have done their best le. Good Luck next year!!~~~

 

After that chio and I went to my home to take a bath. THen we set off the J8 to eat Long John Silver. I juz realised that the serving got smaller and smaller. O well, what can we do. Inflation, cannot decrese the price? Decrease the quantity. Haiz saddening. The gourmet world is literally shrinking before our eyes. So after that we went back to school.  Then juz went to high school side a while to buy collar pins AND then it was rehearsal. 

 

LOL we were late lar! According to Charmaine. But then when we went in, we were sorta the earliest. So yeah... Juz clap and clap and smile fakely. So sianz lar. Then after that went back to council room to do up the blazers. Pfft. All the inconsiderate people. ZZzzz Arh whatever, then later we went to eat out again. At curry wok -.-  2 times a week le. Abit scary.  So yar, me yawen, chio, jia an and samuel and ryan went to eat. Haha now our welco got new heirachy le.

Meanwhile, im feeling really tired after my passing down. Haha, i have a 49 page report from my senior. So many things to note and consider. Heh, at least i know that my team is IMBA lol. But now i need to do citygate design... So far my previous deisgns were either TOO simple, TOO complicated or NO door. Wow. Seriously i dunno what to do like that. Haha lets juz die lar.

Hehe, fancy for me to be bloggin at such an ungodly hour. I still need to accompany my grand dad to the market tommorrow morning. Haha, i doubt i can wake up on time.

 

Ahhh, today's JTS was nevertheless fun. My day started at about 11am. I watched Pokemon and ate breakfast. Also contemplating, on how to fold those boxes that i bought from more than words. WAH, you muz admit that those boxes are a handful. So damn hard to fold lar!!! But its cheap and nice :D at least its damn cute. After, spending like 2 hours folding 2 boxes. And then i started writing my letters :D Wrote 2 nice letters! And drew two nice pics for em. By that time it was already 3 pm or so. So i went to pack all my gifts into my bag and an ugly isetan yellow bag (no choice :P).

 

Aha, so i boarded the bus to mac-ritchie. Then i changed to 165 to sit to sharm's house suposedly. Haha, so i took the bus guide pamphlet and look through it. Ahhh, im just 11 stops away :D So i dilligently counted the stops as they passed. Aha! Im finally there! So i happily alighted at the stop and turned LEFT. WOW and i soon found myself lost in a maze of condos...-.- Somerville, Summerbloom. ARgh, all the random condo names. -_- Im was seriously pissed then lar! So I called Chio to determine my location. He refered me to Yawen, who in turn refered me to Sharm herself. -.- So i had to WALK OUT again. Its like at least 1 km already... so i followed sharm's instructions and walked all the way there :D WOW 2.4 km liao. I was sweating like a pig lar. Man! That seriously sucks. Then at the junction i saw siowyi. So we walked to the Ledon Heights place. We wandered around until you finally found the function room. Haha. that place is big.

 

Ok, so we finally reached there. I saw many of em playing cards on the floor and the welco ppl sitting at chairs discussing some stuff. I then joined Chio at the back table. Everyone there were scurrying to complete their last minute letters and gifts. Me also. :D I juz sat there and unleashed my silver pen to write notes. In the end, i only write finish gum's one. -.- (haha, i will give you guys you notes next time =D) Oh well, so when most of the seniors came, us juniors, scurried to keep our gifts. Haha, i dunno whats with the secrecy though. Anyway, my angel soon came to approach me and gave me my prezzie. Its some handphone message sensor. It will light up at the penis when a message arrives. (yes penis, its a little bronze boy peeing) LOL so i gave her my gift. Haha, cld tell that she was pleased. My box soooo cute le! (Ego-boost) Aha...after that juz chatted with weeleng and peishan along with siowyi and carm kee. After that, we went to line up for food. Thats when i chatted with haining and josh and ah meng. Haha...acutually it was quite boring in the sense that we juz sat and chat, but also nice as it was a good time to forge relationships. I was having fun chatting with the 2 senior salez execs and 2 senior GEMs. Ok at least there was some interaction. If not JTS like very fei4 like that. OOOO after dinner was the singing of the council/batch song. Honestly, most people were just blaring away. Including the person behind me (CHIO). Heh, and sooo many ppl b-days lar. I wonder what will mine be like next year. Its near CNY :D I think we are goin to be too bz to even celebrate it.

 

After all the random singing, it was time to reveal angel and mortals (i didn't have much fun cuz i knew my angel and my mortal knew me) XD what to do? I went to Zeying and exchanged gifts lor. She gave me a pencil holder with a sheep on it. Rather cute. Thanks. OOOoooo then after that was the main thing. Haha, most of the welco juniors bought stuff for their direct. Me, being such a nice junior LOL, also bought stuff. Haha, so me and josh went to retrieve our gifts from our bags.

 

Josh bought a LARGE pen for Da En. He bought an electrifying pen for Haining LOL.... could see that they were enjoying their electrifying moments. Josh you got good gifts i must say.

 

I bought BABY Milo T-shirts for them :D Only to be greeted with a LONG drone of "GHEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY"

-.- " Ogay lor! Buy shirt still call ppl ghey!?! Ahaha, aiya all in the name of fun. =D Haha. At least i know that they sorta enjoyed their gifts. OOoo and i got the keychain thingie for them . And Da En thot that it was spoilt -.-" Aha, i got an ipod charger for Da En also, thank him for letting me ask SOOOOOO much questions abt citygate/gems. Hehe, he saw the price wor, but its the receipt lar. Incase spoil then can exchange :D. Haha touch wood.  =D happy that they liked their gifts.

 

After this i went into cam-whoring mode. I was just snapping pictures everywhere i go. And of course for the collage. I basically did that until the event ended at 11 plus. The general population were tossing ppl into the pool. Mainly male excos and fac heads. They made the floor so wet lar!

 

So yeah, i just took more pics and more pics. Then it was time to go home. At first i wanted to lompang ravi's car one. THe so-called Bishan bus. But apparently it took soooo long to come that i juz went off to the bus stop. There, we found our seniors again. And we took pictures again! :D Haham i managed to take 2 before i boarded on 165 along with xinyi.

 

AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH what a long day. Time to rest.

Then, i need to do citygate design. (cuz ming jie is really bz)

And of course how to build it....im really having problems now -.-

After that, i need to do that GEMs proposal.

Continuing from that, i need to do a write up on next years CNY for the council's webbie

And i still have some issues with the stack of Issues and Ideas 1 in my GP file

I need to pass NAPFA -.-

Besides that i still have PnC tutorial (and many others that i snowballed)

And overall, Yen is converting to the muggers realm after being petrified by his apalling score for physics/maths/chem.

Argh the work is piling up!! So many things to do so little time!.. At least i cleared PW already. :D But then still have that dread GP lar...So er xin. Then still got citygate and gems stuff. Omg. LOL and all the wierd formals popping up. So irritating.

 

And guess what? School just started. LOL im sooooo screwed lo.

Wah, i am damn pissed with my neverwinternights disc lar. I install already, then the display driver keep spoiling when im playing halfway~~~~!!! So pissed!! Wah piang, my dream of playing an RPG will never be succeeded. Bye bye my cute gnome socerer. -.-

 

Oooh anyway. Today i had some peer counselling training. Organized for councillors; to empower us the ability to like console ppl? And possibly ward off some potential suicide cases. Haha... But really lar, i course is more or less common sense. Its actually contextualized common sense. All of it with its specific terminology and definitions. And last of all, TONS of abbrevations Like PAD, SOLER(LOSER) and GREW. OOo and the trainers were repeatedly bribing us with fruitplus chewy candy to keep our lips sealed and patience maintained. You got to admit that the saccharine tatic worked. The rowdy crowd of councillors were reduced to minor giggles and sniggers.

 

After the peer counselling session, as usual i went to the welfare room and check out wats up there. LOL my door has dropped off. Apparently, theodore accidentally pulled it out. So with abit of difficulty, i managed to fit the door back. No josh to help me today. :( Pangying and LIONel were doing some intensive stockchecks. While me and chio helped them to cut out labels. Its quite heartening to see my comm so dedicated at times. :D And Josh totally forgot to come for the counselling thing today. -.-"
