Once again i put on my trademark Hiatus post.

Yen will only be back after prelims for a VERY short time.

 

Then i have to depart for A levels ... and then NS.... urgh...

Haha... A levels are sooo appealing to me for some reason...im actually finding the fun in doing homework... like last time. Hahaha... especially for chem and physics....

Maths. LOL whatever. I never really liked it in the first place. =/

 Ahh my dearest CT rep exploded yesterday. Hmm must be the class(oh i forgot im in it). Its tough being ct rep lar. Oh well... actually it sucks being class comm... oh well. I guess some responsibility just drives ppl nuts... esp when the class is full of restless creatures. Oh and the creatures have the tendency to be in debt... im still waiting for money... from SOME individuals. Ahhh more ppl = more disEOS = lag in everything = pissed off class comm.

 

Ahh but nevertheless... the treasury has its ups and downs... OMG ITS ACTUALLY GREEN NOW. (green=they dun owe me money) Hahahaha.... ok i guess being treasurer is better than being ct rep. oh well (although i have to do mundane things like collect money and shop for random stuff sometimes)

 

So now i shall extend a cyber hug to my CT rep! (Ok i actually dunno whether he will see this or not lar but oh well lets hope he sees it)

Kinda uneasy seeing people being out of place... not being themselves... haa... im glad that his soul has returned... at least he was his goofy self again after gp today...

 Haha i cannot believe im getting jittery the mock maths paper tml.

Haha im getting high interpreting econz theory. I think my inner-evelyn-ong is acting up. Hahaha... micro econz is fun! Macro is even more fun!!!~~~ Hahaha.... oh but the questions for macro seem... omgly tricky and full of traps lar. It seems that evaluation of the context is more impt. Mere "econz theory" like evelyn ong says.... is really sad... only 6-7 marks each. haha.. nvm lar at least i learn it now. Weeeee. Hmm applying to context is sooo lol difficult sometimes. Haha no wonder its like 5 marks for one good concluding paragraph.

 

Bah why can't the inner saytiong in me act up. I badly need to clear my mountain of maths. (MOM) totally devastating. Ok.. at least now i know how to solve inequalities properly. Not via guess and deduction... uncertainty is just soooo scary lar.

 

Speaking of uncertainty... physics has been ok... but the recent astral bombardment of physics papers have yet to be quelled by the noble Pao the Yen. Simply becoz there are too many of em running around.. haha... but we must thank irene for printing them and keeping faith in us.

 

Chem is fun! In a bimbotic way... haha.. we are like playing lar. Okay.. sometimes i feel really dumb there... cuz i prolly have some messed up concepts that need to be cleared. Haha now its cleared!!!~~~~ Esp for those physical chem crap. I totally worship organic, its sooo much more digestible. (pun intended, you are dumb if you dun get it). Haha Pehling rocks!!!! =D I really wish her a happy marriage and bouncy babies in years to come.

 

So much for my core subjects... haha for GP i believe that im more happy with comprehension... haha now i know what to do for a dreaded 3 marks... DUN BE LAZY WRITE AT LEAST 6 POINTS.... lol... totally ghey lar GP... i always wondered why a 2 mark question had such a humongous space... Looks like its not catered for ppl with gargantuan handwriting. Its for those itsybitsy sub points. Ewwww so many of em just for 2 marks. totally ewwness... But i love GP lar. Argh... this isn't good. I cannot seem to do my sequences and series....What a tard. Its always the first term that is easy to find... and the last term... otherwise known as Nth term. Haha... Sick.

 

Just like series and sequences... my life is hc is more or less coming to an end (im approaching the nth term soon)... The first and last term are always the best i guess... Haha... I missed n'day celebrations for a good nights/morning sleep. Saw the pics on the class blog.. Not bad. At least the class is happy and living. Bah... once again waves of nostalgia engulfing my thoughts. ZZzzzz haha... coming to think of it... ok lar.. HC wasn't a bad choice. Hmm but i will always wonder what would have happened if i gone to Rj instead. (besides the much shorter travelling time)

Ahhh i was just watching some youtube CO videos... then the tunes started to sink into my head...

ZzZzzz i guess i miss performing.

That feeling onstage...

Feels sooo much different from some saikang councillor. Hahaha 

 

Soooo i searched for some CO songs that i played last time... as played along with it. HAHAHA.... damn no life. Oh but it makes me happy.

Especially when i realise that my fingers are still as fast for some parts....and i can still play the solos and melodies. Hahaa... Oh , but i have forgotten to change key sometimes...  Not to mention, my dizi has also deteriorated in quality as the membrane is totally broken.

 

I miss the bright lights that casts its glare upon u when you are onstage.

I miss the freezing subzero temperatures that penetrate and numb your fingers as you play

I miss the insightful tunes and soulful melodia
I miss the cheena names of the songs that i play but at the same time laugh at.

I miss the feeling of looking at countless scrutiny of the audience

I miss the must wooden smell of my instrument

I miss the cheena ramblings of my monkey conductor

I miss the sectionals we had and section dinner after that

I miss the friends i had from CO... (most are in Nj though)

I miss the feeling of getting blasted by a suo na (chinese trumpet)

I miss the irritation i had when i cannot attain a desired note. ( Haha also known as the gree light.. music ppl will know)

I miss the stigma of being part of an suposedly uncool non-sporty cca

I miss the feeling and pride of the musician.

 

Haha... when i talk about musicians... i talk about orchestras and ensembles.... not little jamming bands and guys trying to please gals with little guiar tunes (those are condemned as commercial entertainment)

 

Hmmm i wonder why there are people that say GUYS must join sports...while gals... have the option..

Haha it puzzles me... cuz it seems that music gives soooo much more.

No wonder singapore's art scene is sooo sad and soccer is ever sooo hot. LOL i think i hear the TCHS guys in class joke about soccer almost every other day.

I finally found out why the MC cuts AC and AVC at the min point.

Haha i know some people are going to laugh at me about it. =P But at least i bother to know WHY!!!~~~

 

After wednesday's CT session... with that guy talking about how warped and crappy our education system is... especially in the case of maths. Yikes. 

 

Looking at it... aiyozz... i think we are in a rather bad shape...

 

Lets see... I do my hypothesis testing by refering to the previous examples in the limited lecture notes.... mimicking the similar steps taken and robotically jotting down the steps.

 

Just when i see some crappy question that twists the question.... i totally die and get a bad case of demoralization from math. Hahaha ok im overdoing it ... i manage to solve it SOME times.

 

Hmmm perhaps the pedagogy is going gaga and whoopsy.

We are doing maths becoz??? Umm.... cuz its a compulsary science subject for science students and a contrasting subject for arts students...

 

But do we know the basis behind it?

Quite saddening for a subject when ppl get all the right answers when they dun even know why they are doing it.
